<![CDATA[This article aims to reveal the heuristic value of the palapa oath as the spirit of the Nusantara Capital, by emphasizing the historical aspect of how the oath was motivated and applied along with its achievements. This study is a heuristic setting, qualitative analysis, studying sources systematically one by one descriptively. The conclusion of the study: that the heuristic value in the palapa oath is the idea of knitting diversity within the framework of unity and equity in development and education which is used as the spirit of the Nusantara Capital City. This spirit is assumed to be able to overcome problems related to the issue of radicalization that threatens the disintegration of the nation, as well as issues of development and education equity which have so far hampered sustainable development and Indonesia's position at the international level. The research contributes as one of the reinforcements for government policies regarding the new capital city, and stimulates further, more specific research.]]>

<![CDATA[The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.]]>

<![CDATA[The Region V Airport Authority Office as UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) within the Ministry of Transportation is under the auspices and is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Director of Air Transportation. The function of the Region V Airport Authority is to supervise, control, and regulate aviation activities. This research aims to find out (1) How is the quality of the Inspector's supervision of flight security in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) The obstacles faced by aviation inspectors in the avsec field and the efforts made by inspectors in conducting surveillance in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, in February - March 2023, this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The data in this study used primary and secondary data, data collection in this study was by interview, observation and documentation. And the tringulation technique to test the reliability of the data. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) the quality supervision of inspectors on aviation security in the terminal area is good as evidenced by training, field practice and has followed applicable regulations such as PM 41 of 2011 which contains airport authority inspectors only as regulators who carry out supervision of activities in the field. (2) and the obstacles faced by inspectors in the terminal area, namely limited security area cooking permits for this obstacle, the inspectors have carried out surveillance of the avsec and if the inspectors find that the person is categorized as endangering flight activities, the inspectors take action against the person without having to contact the avsec on duty in the terminal area, office busy hours for the office busy hours themselves, the inspectors use breaks or office hours to keep monitoring in the terminal area, and finally the culture as the inspectors themselves are firm and give an appeal that the actions they take are wrong.]]>

National identity is an understanding of the identity of a nation and state, besides that the formation of national identity itself has become a provision that has been mutually agreed upon. Upholding and maintaining what already exists and trying to correct all mistakes within a nation and state. National identity consists of a collection of cultural values that develop and grow in various aspects of life. However, at this time the interaction between individuals was reduced due to the busyness of each community and the influence of globalization so as to create a society that does not care about other people and forgets about identity as a society with a nation and state. This task aims to provide efforts to strengthen national identity through civic education. We hope that this assignment can regenerate our awareness of national identity.]]>

<![CDATA[The Lost and Found Unit is a work unit that has duties and responsibilities in handling passenger luggage. If there is a problem with the passenger's baggage, the passenger can immediately report it to the Lost and Found unit so that efforts are made to handle it. In serving the Lost and Found unit, it hopes to deal directly with passengers, so of course the service provided must be better. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for handling Delayed Baggge, damaged baggage by Lost and Found unit officers, factors causing problems and what efforts are made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases. This study used a qualitative method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, in which this study interviewed 5 informants from the Lost and Found unit officers. The results of this study indicate that Lost and Found unit officers have followed Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Job Desks in handling cases of Delayed Baggage and damaged baggage. Factors that cause problems include Human Error, Check In Counter, Airport Facilities, Make Up Area, Loading and Unloading processes, Misrouted, minimum Connection time and passenger baggage. Efforts made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases by controlling every activity and reminding officers to be more careful, thorough and focused when doing work. Officers must prioritize Safety and Security and comply with the established SOP.]]>

<![CDATA[The economy of a country can be seen from its internal conditions such as the real sector, namely production, consumption and investment. Then the monetary sector, such as inflation, the money supply and the balance of the exchange rate. In addition, the condition of the Indonesian economy can also be seen from external conditions which are reflected in the development of the balance of payments which illustrates the condition of the Indonesian economy in the real and monetary sectors. The balance of payments also measures the ability of the economy to support international transactions, especially transactions related to debt obligations and export-import transactions, and informs the government about the state of the economy, especially in this regard. On the results of economic relations with other countries. Thus, the balance of payments can assist in decision-making in the currency sector. Indonesia's balance of payments often fluctuates from time to time. A current account deficit does not result in a balance of payments deficit because the financial account increases capital and compensates for the current account deficit.]]>

<![CDATA[The struggles of the student movement in Indonesia can be seen from its history which was influenced by changes in the ruling regime and pilot-economic order. The role of students in the dynamics of power change in Indonesia has a considerable influence, such as during the fall of President Soeharto which gave birth to the New Order era. The purpose of this study is to discuss more deeply the role of the student movement in resisting the New Order. In this study using the literature study method by collecting research data through relevant books, journals, and previous articles. The results obtained from this study are that the struggles of the student movement experienced a dynamic development, this clearly illustrates that the movement carried out by students during the New Order era played an important role in turning the wheels of history.]]>

<![CDATA[Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the conservation or solutions to flood disaster problems as a community need with a healthy environment. The research was conducted in Sukasari District, Bandung City, West Java Province, with an area of 6.27 km2. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis and the data used is secondary data. Based on the analysis of the flood hazard map for Bandung City, the research results show that the entire area of Sukasari District is highly prone to flooding. Based on the findings, the overflow of the Cidurian, Cipamokolan, and Cibeureum rivers poses a threat of flooding in Sukasari sub-district. Green Open Spaces in Sukasari District consist of 16 location points spread across 3 sub-districts. The utilization of Green Open Spaces serves to maintain ecosystem balance and increase the availability of clean air and water catchment areas. Solutions to reduce flood disasters include reducing the level of risk, decreasing vulnerability, and enhancing community capacity.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.]]>
